Our journey starts with freshly harvested coconut sap from trusted local farmers. Carefully processed and hygienically packed under ISO 22000 and Halal certified standards, our coconut sugar is crafted with uncompromising quality before being delivered to customers across the globe

Our journey begins with experienced local farmers who carefully tap fresh coconut sap using traditional methods passed down through generations.

The freshly collected sap is slowly cooked over controlled heat until it reaches a rich, concentrated consistency while preserving its natural sweetness.

The thickened sap is continuously stirred until it naturally crystallizes into fine coconut sugar powder. This process takes approximately 4–5 hours, depending on weather conditions and the quality of the harvest.

The coconut sugar is transported to our production facility for quality inspection, then carefully sieved and dried under Halal, HACCP, and ISO 22000 food safety standards until the moisture content is reduced to below 2%.

After drying, the coconut sugar is cooled under controlled conditions to prevent moisture absorption, ensuring longer shelf life and consistent product quality.

Every product is packed in a clean and hygienic environment that complies with ISO 22000 and Halal standards, maintaining freshness and food safety throughout the packaging process.

Once quality assurance is complete, our premium coconut sugar is ready to be shipped and delivered to customers around the world, bringing the authentic taste of Indonesia to global markets.
